April 2007 Snowstorm: Binghamton, Oneonta, Plattsburgh and Auburn News Releases - April 16, Evening

 

Binghamton, NY, April 16, 2007 (9 p.m.) – Local NYSEG line crews, an additional 20 crews from other NYSEG locations and company support personnel are working together to make repairs to the company’s electricity delivery system across Broome, Tioga, Chenango and Cortland counties in the wake of the powerful nor’easter that left widespread damage.

 

Oneonta, NY, April 16, 2007 (9 p.m.) – Local NYSEG line crews, an additional 10 crews from other NYSEG locations and company support personnel are working together to make repairs to the company’s electricity delivery system across Otsego, Chenango, Delaware and Madison counties in the wake of the powerful nor’easter that left widespread damage.

 

Plattsburgh, NY, April 16, 2007 (9 p.m.) – Local NYSEG line crews, an additional 12 crews from other NYSEG locations and company support personnel are working together to make repairs to the company’s electricity delivery system across Clinton, Essex, Hamilton and Franklin counties in the wake of the powerful nor’easter that left widespread damage.

 

Auburn, NY, April 16, 2007 (6 p.m.) – As a result of a severe snowstorm that started early Monday and continued throughout the day, approximately 300 NYSEG customers in NYSEG’s Auburn Division are without power. There are widespread and scattered interruptions due to the heavy snow on trees that caused downed power lines.
