Oneonta, NY, April 16, 2007 – Wet, heavy snow and wind from a powerful storm stalled over the Northeast has left 12,000 NYSEG customers without power in Otsego, Chenango and Delaware counties. NYSEG estimates that the majority of its customers who are without power will have service restored by Thursday evening.
