Redesigned Web Site Offers NYSEG Customers 'Convenience With a Click'
Rochester, NY, 8/25/04 – Just about everything a NYSEG customer needs or wants to know about their electricity and natural gas service is just a click away at the redesigned nyseg.com.
“We’ve invested considerable time and energy to make the Web site easier to navigate. We’ve also tried to make the services that are most important to our customers prominent on the site,” said Terri Turner, vice president-customer service. “Our new Web site certainly offers our customers convenience with a click!”
At nyseg.com, customers can view their account history, send us their meter readings, access information on using energy wisely, and even receive and pay their bills. And, beginning in October, customers will be able to make their electricity supply choice for the next two years online.
In addition, teachers and youth leaders can obtain energy education information and materials through NYSEG’s online Educational Services catalog.
