NYSEG has filed an Article VII application to construct a natural gas transmission line in the Chemung County towns of Big Flats and Horseheads and the Village of Horseheads.

 

Columbia County Transmission Project
On May 25, 2012, NYSEG filed an application with the New York State Public Service Commission for a Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need under Article VII of Public Service Law for the Columbia County Transmission Project.
