NYSEG Announces Global Estimated Restoration Times Following Snow and Gusty Winds

BINGHAMTON, NY � March 2, 2018, 11:00 p.m. � NYSEG, a subsidiary of AVANGRID (NYSE:AGR), expects to have more than 90% of customers affected by this storm restored by tonight at 11:45 p.m. in the Auburn, Lockport, and Plattsburgh divisions.

NYSEG expects to have more than 90% of customers affected by this storm restored by tomorrow night at 11:45 p.m. in the Elmira, Geneva, Binghamton, Ithaca, Hornell, Lancaster, Mechanicville, and Oneonta divisions.

The companies will provide updates including any information involving warming centers and shelters to the general public on our web and social media sites.

- Keep flashlights, a battery-powered radio and fresh batteries handy.
- Have at least one telephone that is not dependent on electricity. (Cordless phones won’t work during a power interruption.)
- Keep a supply of non-perishable food and bottled water on hand.
- If you have a cell phone, make sure the battery is fully charged.
