Electricity Power Outages
When your power is out, we encourage you to click here to notify us of the outage. If it’s available, an estimated restoration time for your location will be provided. Please call 1.800.572.1131 to report any electricity emergency. For natural gas emergencies, please call 1.800.572.1121.
Please remember: Stay away from downed power lines. Even lines that appear “dead” can be deadly. Also, stay out of flooded basements because energized wiring, outlets or natural gas service may pose a hazard.
The outage information presented here includes power interruptions reported by customers, our Outage Management System and our personnel. Only locales with known outages are shown, and the longest estimated restoration time (ETR) is displayed. “Assessing" may appear if we have not yet completed our investigation and analysis of the repairs that need to be made for the locale. Outage information is updated as conditions change and new information is received. Please check back regularly or refresh this page for updates.
Here’s how to obtain outage information for a location:
- Click on county name to view outages by municipality/township.
- Click on the municipality/township to view outages by village, town, hamlet or U.S. Postal Service location.
- Click on the village, town, hamlet or U.S. Postal Service location to view outages by street/road.
- Once at the street/road level, an ETR will be displayed, if available.
Tips: Use the "back" button on each page to return to the previous page. Outages are displayed by service address: village, town, hamlet or U.S. Postal Service location. Restoration information is based on our current knowledge of damage. This information may change if weather or other circumstances cause additional outages or if we locate previously unknown damage to our system.
You can view our news releases for additional electricity outage information, obtain storm preparation and safety tips or generator safety information. Any weather information, shelter listings or other news can be found on our storm assistance page.
