• Zones A, C, D, & E are West of the Total East NYISO Interface.
• Zones F, G, & H are East of the Total East NYISO Interface.
• If a customer is NYSEG electricity customer, the customer's location (based on the electrical connection) relative to the Total East NYISO Interface is used by NYSEG in determining the transition charge (or credit) and supply price (if applicable) for the customer's bill.
