Include a copy of a voided check or provide your bank routing and account numbers.
Submit the form online, email or mail the application form and voided check.
AutoPay deductions occur 23 days after we mail your bill. The date will be noted on your bill each month and will be for the entire amount due, including any previous balance. Your payment stub will show "AUTOPAY" in the amount due box once you are enrolled and we will no longer include a return envelope if you receive a paper bill.
