Contact one of our participating contractors.
Work with your contractor to choose the best technology for your home and make sure you qualify for rebates.
Rely on your contractor to install your equipment, fill out your rebate application and submit all needed documents.
Please note that rebates can take four to six weeks to process. Check your rebate status by calling our team at 844.212.7823.

‡ Starting Jan. 1, 2026, residential clean heat rebates are available only for homes with one to four units. Incentives are available to NYSEG/RG&E electric customers or combination natural gas and electric customers who replace their existing furnace, boiler or water heater with eligible heat pump equipment. Natural gas-only customers are not eligible. Full load heat pump projects replacing existing full load heat pump systems will not be eligible for incentives. Ground-source heat pumps replacing existing ground-source heat pump systems will also not be eligible for incentives. Air-source heat pumps replaced by ground-source heat pumps will qualify for incentives.
