Line 880 Phase II North Rebuild Project

To upgrade reliability of the system for our customers, NYSEG is planning the rebuild of transmission line 880. Recent assessments of transmission lines within your local service area identified line 880 as requiring a significant upgrade to maintain consistently high service standards and mitigate potential future outages. NYSEG is planning to upgrade the lines and structures so that we may continue to provide our customers with safe and reliable service. The 5.75 miles of upgrades will bring more reliable service during storm events.
