As the heating and cooling market evolves toward more energy-efficient options, we’re working to improve our programs to help our customers make an easy transition to clean energy.
As of June 30, 2025, we no longer offer residential rebates online or through the mail.
**Please note, any previously submitted applications with missing documentation or outstanding issues must be received/resolved no later than September 15, 2025. After this date, all outstanding applications will be canceled.

To check your rebate status, call ICF (our rebate fulfillment contractor) at 855.846.2982. Rebates are processed in the order in which they are received and can take up to 4 to 6 weeks for processing.
