NYSEG and RG&E Announces Community Connection Open House Event in Livingston County Next Week
Representatives at the event will engage with customers, providing information on resources and addressing questions related to energy efficiency, customer assistance programs, and addressing account needs.
There will be no formal presentation, representatives will be available throughout the open house to provide information to customers and answer questions, customers will be helped on a first-come, first-served basis
Avon, NY — August 6, 2025 — New York State Electric & Gas (NYSEG) and Rochester Gas and Electric (RG&E) will hold a Community Connection Open House event in Livingston County next week to connect directly with customers, offering information and resources to customers.
These events give customers the opportunity to receive face-to-face, one-on-one assistance with billing questions, energy efficiency programs, and other account-related needs. Eligibility for billing support and energy efficiency programs is determined on a case-by-case basis, and customer service representatives at the event will help assess whether a customer qualifies.
There will not be a formal presentation at the event. Representatives will be available throughout the the open house to provide information to customers and answer questions on a first-come, first-served basis.
During the event, customers can ask questions about their accounts and learn about resources to help manage energy costs.
