NYSEG Announces Community Connection Event in Tompkins County This  Week 

Reps and advocates at event to connect with customers, offer resources and address billing needs 

 

There will be no formal presentation, customers will be helped on a first-come, first-served basis 

 

Ithaca, NY — May 5, 2025 — New York State Electric & Gas (NYSEG) will hold a Community Connection event in Tompkins County this week to connect directly with customers, offer resources and address account needs. These events allow the Company’s customers to get face-to-face, one-on-one help with a billing concern or with assistance they may require in paying their bill. 

 

There will not be a formal presentation at the event. Customers are encouraged to show up anytime during the available time slot to meet with a customer service representative. They will be helped on a first-come, first-served basis. 

 

During the event, customers can ask questions about their accounts and learn about resources to help manage energy costs.
