NYSEG Hosting Community Connection Event in Naples

 NYSEG welcomes community to learn about financial assistance programs, address billing concerns, and more 

 

NAPLES, N.Y. — May 11, 2026 — New York State Electric & Gas (NYSEG) customers are invited to attend the Company’s upcoming Community Connection event on Thursday, May 14 at Naples Fire Hall. 

 

There is no formal presentation. This open-house style event will provide customers with the opportunity to connect directly with NYSEG representatives in person. Customers are invited to learn more about energy assistance programs, energy efficiency programs, receive face-to-face help with any billing concerns, and other topics.
