Residential Rebates

In light of the COVID-19 outbreak and recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and New York State, we are temporarily suspending all energy efficiency program activities that require an in-person visit to your home. Incentive payments for the Residential Rebate and NYS Clean Heat Statewide Heat Pump programs will be processed for essential, emergency work only until the restrictions put in place by New York State Executive Order 202.8 are lifted.

Please note: Rebate check processing may take longer than the standard 4 to 6 weeks.

For questions regarding this program suspension, please call our energy efficiency hotline at 800.995.9525. As updates occur, they will be posted here and on our COVID-19 Pandemic Update web page.
