What if I move to another location within NYSEG's service area and want to continue receiving my NYSEG bill online?
When you close your NYSEG account, your online billing for that account will also be closed. You will need to activate your new NYSEG account at nyseg.com or with your online billing service provider.
If my name has changed or I need to change my mailing address, who do I contact?
You'll need to Write to NYSEG or contact your online billing service provider as well as NYSEG. You can contact NYSEG by using our secure Write to NYSEG form or contact our Customer Relations Center at 800.572.1111, Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. excluding holidays.
