Energy Efficiency: An energy-efficient furnace alone will not have as great an impact on your energy bills as combining it with a whole-house or whole-business approach. Check out our energy efficiency and incentive programs for residential, small business and commercial and industrial customers:
- Residential Customers : Visit our online store NYSEG Smart Solutions where you will find energy-efficient lighting, smart thermostats, water-saving solutions, power strips, air filters, smart home devices and electric vehicle chargers. And many are offered with special discounted pricing and instant rebates!
- Small Business Customers : Eligible small businesses will receive free energy assessments, and up to 70% of the cost of recommended equipment upgrades will be covered through our Small Business Direct Install Program.
- Commercial & Industrial Rebate Program : Eligible businesses that do not fit the small business category may be eligible for available rebate programs to supplement energy efficiency or upgrade projects following pre-approval.

Multifamily Energy Efficiency Program
: Our Multifamily Energy Efficiency program delivers electric and natural gas energy savings by providing low to no cost equipment upgrades in apartment and condominium complexes beginning with a free energy assessment.
