Reading your meter is a quick, easy way to avoid estimated bills if you don’t already have a smart meter that submits your actual energy use each month. When you send us your meter reading for months we don’t read the meter, you’ll receive a bill based on your actual energy use. Log in and get started.
We offer a variety of convenient ways for you to provide your meter readings:
- Online by logging into your account.
- Use our mobile app: Simply login, tap “My Account”, and then “Submit a Meter Reading”.
- Text READ to 697348 and follow the prompts.
- By phone, using our self-service line at 800.600.2275. (Please have your 11-digit account number and meter reading available).
